2017 AzNPC Scholarship

 

The Arizona Nurse Practitioner Council (AzNPC), Chapter 9 of the Arizona Nurses Association, is proud to announce that we will be awarding scholarships again this year.

 

NP Student Scholarship:

Amount:                                $2000

Eligibility Criteria:               A current member of AzNA

RN with current Arizona license

 

Be enrolled in a DNP or MSN level NP program pursuing first NP certificate (NPs returning to school are not eligible for this award).

 

Application Deadline:        July 1, 2017

Scholarship recipient will be announced at the AzNPC Symposium, July 28-30, 2017.

Please do NOT include any identifying information (names, school, employer, etc.) on page 2.  Page 2 will be sent to at least 3 members of the AzNPC Scholarship Committee for anonymous review. 

Applications will be judged on the following criteria: commitment to nursing, leadership abilities, ability to advance the profession, ability to succeed as an NP based on experience, and ability to submit a complete application and follow application directions.
